Junior Account Executive - Karma Serve
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team, especially as we embark on our exciting journey of expanding into new markets, starting with the Nordics.
In this role, you will start by working closely with a Key Account Manager, getting the opportunity to be an important part of closing our most important customers by assisting in booking meetings, doing market analysis, join C-level meetings with biggest Food and Beverage companies in the Nordics and handling various administrative tasks. This foundational experience is designed to give you a thorough understanding of our clients, products, and market dynamics as well as a firsthand look at our go-to-market strategy in these new regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to organize and schedule meetings with clients, including focusing on our expansion efforts into the Nordics.
- Manage administrative tasks including, but not limited to, email correspondence, document preparation, and database management to ensure the Key Account Manager's workflow is efficient.
- Participate in client meetings and calls to gain exposure and understanding of account management and sales strategies, with a specific focus on adapting these strategies for new markets.
- Engage in learning and training opportunities under the guidance of senior sales executives to develop key skills necessary for advancement, with an emphasis on understanding cultural and market differences in new regions

You have/meet the following:
- A minimum of 2 years in sales and or customer service (customer facing roles)
Experience from working in the hospitality (mainly restaurants) industry is merited
A “the sky is the limit” attitude with a will to develop and grow
The drive to really win and do what it takes to get there
Fluent in Swedish with good English skills
