We're on the lookout for a Senior Sales Executive who is passionate about leading customers through change and excelling in the sales arena. This important role focuses on recruiting new enterprise customers in the restaurant industry through strategic partner sales. It's a chance to significantly impact our growth trajectory by leveraging your sales expertise and deep knowledge of restaurant operations.
Your role will include:
Mastering Sales Dynamics: Your drive for sales is unmatched. You're a go-getter, ready to exceed sales targets and passionate about pursuing new business opportunities.
Navigating C-Level Discussions: With your exceptional communication skills, you're at ease in high-stakes C-level meetings, capable of both sharing compelling visions and inspiring decisions.
Being a Challenger: You're not just a participant in the industry; you're a challenger who questions the norms, leading the customers to innovative solutions that drive success for our clients and us.
Understanding the Field: Your insights into restaurant operations are deep, allowing you to tailor solutions that are not just effective but transformative.

Results-Oriented: You are goal-driven and focused on achieving tangible outcomes. You possess a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets, which is crucial in a startup environment
Adaptable: In the fast-changing world of startups, the ability to quickly adjust to new situations and evolving market conditions is essential. You are flexible, self-driven and can navigate a dynamic work environment with ease. This includes not accepting objections, you're creative and find a way to handle and challenge the objections
Challenger: This role is for those who excel in identifying and articulating value propositions that push the envelope, driving our customers to see their challenges and our solutions in a new light. The ideal candidate possesses a keen ability to teach, tailor, and take control of complex sales situations, using a deep understanding of the customer’s business and industry trends to drive conversations.
Strategic Thinker: You have the ability to think strategically, seeing both the big picture and finer details. You can plan and prioritize your activities effectively to optimize the sales process using the SPIN selling methodology
You have/meet the following:
Experience from selling towards the hospitality (mainly restaurants) industry is merited
Experience from holding meetings with C-level prospects
A minimum of 5 years in enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales target
- A “the sky is the limit” attitude with a will to develop and grow
- The drive to really win and do what it takes to get there
Fluent in Swedish with good English skills
