As a Senior Account Executive at Karma, you will assume ownership of the entire sales cycle. This entails dedicating time to prospecting, conducting in-depth research and immersing yourself in the world of potential clients. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, building relationships with individuals at every level, from the staff at various locations to the esteemed COO at the headquarters.
Furthermore, you will take on the role of project manager, both internally and externally, guiding customers through the implementation process and ensuring a successful go-live on the designated date. This involves coordinating efforts, setting clear targets and collaborating closely with clients to achieve mutual goals. By effectively managing the project, you will establish yourself as a reliable and valuable partner to customers.
Who are you?
- You have great Grit, we're changing a whole industry’s way of work and change is not always super welcome
- You are very Business minded, you have a game plan and understand who to go for and why - you don’t go for quick wins just to look good on a scoreboard
- You have a high emotional intelligence, you have to manage several different stakeholders - all from very passionate restaurant owners to very KPI driven Headquarters
- You always own your outcome - We will give you the tools and support to thrive here, however, we're not looking to hire people and tell them what to do, we’re looking for people who want ownership and show us how it should be done
- You are entrepreneurial and truly love sales. You understand that it is so much more than selling a product, it is building a company
- You love SPIN selling and identify as a Challenger sales rep
- You’re organized, you’re going to build a portfolio of Key accounts, a lot of people will be involved in the success of you’re customers and you are expected to project manage each customer.
You have/meet the following:
- Experience from selling towards the hospitality (mainly restaurant) industry is merited
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- A “the sky is the limit” attitude with a will to develop and grow
- You love to win
- A minimum of 3 years in enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales target
- Fluent in Swedish with good English skills
