Permanently remove your Karma account and associated data

Request deletion

Enter the email address or phone number connected to your account. If we find a matching account, we'll email you a link that confirms the deletion.

Good to know
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Your account is anonymized immediately when you confirm via the link
  • Some records (for example receipts) are kept as long as the law requires
  • You will be signed out of all devices right away
