Customer Support Agent (50% position)
At Karma, we're transforming hospitality through sustainable, tech-driven solutions. As we grow our Swedish operations, we're seeking a part-time Customer Support Agent to join our mission of making hospitality effortless.
About the Role You'll be the voice of Karma, ensuring our customers receive exceptional support while helping shape our service standards. This is a 50% position based in Sweden.
Core responsibilities
Provide responsive support via phone, email, and chat platforms
Resolve customer inquiries with attention to detail and efficiency
Track and analyze support metrics to maintain service excellence
Collaborate with the onboarding team on customer success initiatives
Document customer interactions and identify improvement opportunities
What you'll bring
Native-level fluency in Swedish and English
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong technical skills with CRM systems and other digital tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
