Who we are?
We are a slacky team of business driven and entrepreneurial individuals who are experts in connecting foodies with restaurants and grocery stores. Our team comprises diverse professionals such as amateur chefs, gamers, dog whisperers and pilots to name a few. We thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change as an integral part of our DNA. No challenge is too daunting for us, as we continuously push boundaries and strive for success.
Fall of 2023 will be our most exciting yet, and we are growing our Swedish Sales Team to fight over-production and solve food waste.
Who are you?
Do you have a taste for success and a passion for bringing people together through great food? Then you just might be a great fit. To take a spot in the Karma Sales Team you have a track record of getting shit done. You will play a key role in our small but growing sales team, and with your creative mind and endless possibilities attitude, you can paint any gray room to the brightest colors, and with your master negotiation skills you´ll save the world one tasty bite of saved food at a time.
The next Sales Executive that joins the team will mainly be focusing on bringing in new business and building up your own portfolio.
The typical day(s):
Chat with restaurant and grocery store owners
Meet and exceed your sales targets
Own the whole sales cycle including prospecting, book meetings, pitch, sign, activate and retain customers
Build long term relationships with customers to ensure high customer retention and engagement with Karma
Work closely with our Customer Success-team to ensure that the sellers you bring in are happy
Classic ping pong game at 3 pm (very competitive)
Monthly After Works
You have/meet the following:
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbally and in writing
Experience working in a commercial environment, where you confidently communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email and face-to-face interactions
Team player who collaborates well with others
A “the sky's the limit” attitude with a will to develop and grow yourself
Ambitious nature with a drive to exceed your own expectations
A proactive approach to work, constantly seeking ways to enhance productivity and efficiency
Experience in utilizing the phone as a primary tool
A minimum of one year in a sales or customer success position with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Fluent in Swedish with good English skills
