We're looking for team members that can help us in getting new clients onboarded on Karma by:
- Building Menus
- Creating profiles
- Configure printers
- Customer support tickets
- Reach out to customers to gather important information about them
The job is on hourly/per assignment basis and will be done either at the office or remotely or at a customer location (depends on the assignment). The role is based in Stockholm.
The role requires working in both Swedish and English.
It's a big plus if you have:
- Worked in a customer facing job before (sales, customer service, hospitality)
- Experience in working with an SaaS-solution (Software as a service)
- Interest in working within a start-up environment
- Good knowledge of the Google suite, especially Slides and Sheets
