Who are you?

To take a spot in the Karma Sales Team you have a track record of getting shit done. You will play a key role in our portfolio growth and love coming to work with the mindset of always moving the needle forward. 

With your intense grit and crazy competitiveness you can paint any gray room to the brightest colors, and feeding your surroundings with your high energy is one of your signature skills. 

The next Key Account Manager that joins the team will mainly be focusing on bringing in new business and building up your own portfolio in the Nordics.

The typical day(s):

  • Meet and exceed your sales targets
  • Build long term relationships with customers to ensure high customer retention and engagement with Karma
  • Own the whole sales cycle including prospecting, book meetings, pitch, sign, activate and retain customers
  • Classic ping pong game at 3 pm (very competitive)
  • Breakfast on Wednesdays

You have/meet the following:

  • Experience from working in a commercial environment where you are comfortable communicating with enterprise organisations and several different stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Team player who collaborate well with others
  • A “the sky is the limit” attitude with a will to develop and grow yourself
  • A humble and optimistic mindset
  • An efficient way of working, you constantly look for ways to improve how you work
  • Experience in working with the phone as one of your key tools
  • A minimum of three years in a sales or customer success position with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Fluent in Swedish with good English skills

  • Refill, anyone?

    One simply cannot celebrate too often. We are keen champagne drinkers, quiz players and hosts of Karmazing after-works. No reason to celebrate is too small, nor too big.
