Karma is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food consumption.

As our Performance Marketer you will own all paid acquisition activities to drive consumer downloads and engagement. This means you’ll work closely with the marketing and product team to identify how your campaigns will leverage activation within our app. You’ll also work together with the sales team to help activating new merchants through a series of carefully tailored activation and reactivation activities. 

You will report directly to the CMO and work full-time at our office in Stockholm.

What you will do:

  • Plan, execute and follow up on all paid performance marketing activities
  • Optimise campaigns for NPUs, decreased CAC and increased engagement
  • Own paid social
  • Work closely with the marketing managers, CRM manager and product teams

You are:

  • Data driven: the best opinion is one supported by data and if there is none then an AB test should fix it

You should have:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Performance Marketer, building and following up campaigns from beginning to end 
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Experience & technical skills related to Performance Marketing such as:
    • Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads
    • A/B testing campaigns & analysis 
  • Tracking & analysis platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Klipfolio, Segment, Mixpanel or any other systems  (some basic knowledge of SQL is a plus)
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish
