What you will do:

• Manage CRM campaigns creation and implementation focusing on Customers journey retention, collaborating across teams to ensure Karma success towards becoming the first Zero Food Waste Generation.

You should have:

• At least 2 years experience in marketing automation building and following up campaigns from beginning to end 
• Experience working in cross functional teams
• Experience & technical skills related to marketing automation such as:
• Email copywriting
• A/B testing campaigns & analysis
• HTML for email 
• Tracking & analysis platforms such as Google analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Klipfolio, Segment, mixpanel or any other systems  (some basic knowledge of SQL is a plus)
• Fluent in both English and Swedish (native level in Swedish is required)
• As a plus: basic knowledge of SQL, building dashboards in Tableau, using Liquid for email personalization, have experience with Braze
