UK Account Executive

Here at Karma, we are in a period of rapid growth. To increase the speed of this acceleration, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in the UK.

What does this mean? 

You’ll be a key player in our growth plan and you will be working closely with all members of the sales team to execute on strategic sales initiatives.

You are a doer and can maintain forward momentum. Instead of watching opportunities pass you by, we expect you to find new and creative ways to smash revenue goals. You challenge today’s truths, love sales and are very data driven. 

Your friends describe you as intensely goal-oriented, having a great deal of self-discipline, and taking 100% responsibility for your actions and the results. 

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and feel excited to potentially be part of an innovative and fast growing company. You see our sellers as your partners that you challenge and educate to make them extremely satisfied and successful with Karma.

You are also humble and positive. Despite our different backgrounds and skill-sets, we always listen to one another. There’s no room for big egos at Karma!

Your role will include:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle; Identify, qualify and close Opportunities with clear customer obsession throughout the process.
  • Managing your time effectively to meet tight deadlines and ambitious goals.
  • Build long term relationships with customers and work with account management to ensure high customer retention and engagement with Karma.
  • Working closely with your Manager to ensure revenue targets are being met and markets are being optimised to align with the business growth plans

You have/meet the following:

  • 2+ years experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships and stakeholders, on the phone and in person
  • Goal orientated with a strong sense of commercial acumen
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
