Account Executive - Sales Sweden

Karma has taken off at a rocketship pace and are on the mission to transform the way the world thinks about food consumption. To continue our fast growth we’re looking for a goal oriented go getter to join the sales team in Stockholm!

You are a hunter who loves getting potential clients hooked on the next big thing and developing strong long-term relationships. You are a doer and can maintain forward momentum. Instead of watching opportunities pass you by, you find new and creative ways to smash sales goals. You’ll be a key player in our growth plan and you will be working closely with Sweden’s Head of Sales to develop and execute on strategic sales initiatives.

You are intensely goal-oriented, have a great deal of self-discipline, and take 100% responsibility for your actions and the results. You are naturally empathetic and genuine towards customers. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to be part of an innovative and fast growing company.

You are also humble and positive. Despite our different backgrounds and skill-sets, we always listen to one another. There’s no room for big egos at Karma!

Personality and mindset comes before experience for this role, we’ll help train you to be the best salesperson you can be!


Your role will include:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle; Identify, qualify and close Opportunities with clear customer obsession throughout the process.
  • Build long term relationships with customers and work with account management to ensure high customer retention and engagement with Karma.
  • Plan and execute to meet and exceed your sales targets


You have/meet the following:

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Team player who collaborate well with others
  • Ability to fully understand customer specific needs and go the extra mile for them
  • Fluent in Swedish with good English skills
  • A go getter “the sky is the limit” attitude and take initiatives with a will to develop and grow yourself
  • A humble and optimistic mindset
  • High ambitions
  • An efficient way of working, you constantly look for ways to improve how you work
  • A minimum of one year in a sales or customer success position with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
