UK Enterprise Sales Manager

Karma is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food consumption.

Karma is well established in Sweden and now rapidly growing in the UK. 

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager who can help define, establish and grow Karma with key restaurant and retail partners.

Working in the Sales Team and reporting directly to the UK GM, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, pitching and closing the largest F&B operators in the market. 

Your role will include:

  • Define sales strategy and execution across a pipeline of high profile F&B groups, to help meet aggressive growth targets
  • Facilitate and lead conversations with multiple stakeholders across those businesses 
  • Working closely with the GM to ensure revenue targets are being met and markets are being maximised to align with the business growth plans
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Account Management teams
  • Managing time against tight deadlines and ambitious goals
  • Become an internal role model and promotes energy, culture and structure within the team

Your previous experience

  • 4 - 6 years experience within a similar business development role
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Expert analytical skillset
  • Self starter and strong time management
  • Experience leading a team
  • A University degree

Desired experience

  • Previous experience of working in a high-growth start up environment or similar industry would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience in the F&B sector
  • Native English speaker or equivalent level
