As our Customer Support Manager you are responsible for developing, optimising and executing on our global support strategy to help users and customers resolve their questions with the highest level of efficiency and courtesy as possible. 

You understand the true meaning of self service and automation and how this will play and important role in our growing business.

You’ll also be expected to know Karma’s products, features and policies well and be able to communicate it to both users and customers.

You will:

  • 🖖Help build good customer relations through internal and external channels
  • 🚀Optimise and automate the function to be close to self managed
    • Find and solve root causes to reoccurring inquiries, implement smart bots, suggested replies etc.
    • Lower respons times
    • Decrease manual support work
    • Keep the awesome satisfaction rate we have
  • 👫Build and scale the support function to function in 3+ markets
  • 💡Arrange staff meetings and trainings
  • ⭐️Assure top class experience

Good communication skills are a must-have in this job. You need to be able to motivate, inspire and generally lead people, as well as dealing with any customer inquiries that head your way, in fluent English 🇬🇧 and Swedish 🇸🇪 - other languages are a plus.
