Product Manager at Karma
As the Consumer Experience PM, you’ll be responsible for making sure that all the guests that use Karma Order & Pay go home with a full belly and a smile on their faces. You’ll do that by knowing our guests inside out, becoming the biggest ambassador for the Order & Product to internal and external users, getting the development and design resources you need to build a world-class experience, and ruthlessly prioritizing features that move the needle. Obviously, you’ll do all that without visibly breaking a sweat, because you’re a rockstar.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of Karma’s Order & Pay consumer-facing web application and how it fits into Karma’s overall product and business strategy
- Understand and empathize with our guests, to the point where you can basically read their mind
- Help formalize and execute Karma’s long-term Order & Pay consumer-facing Strategy
- Be responsible for building and executing a 3-6-9 month roadmap for the Order & Pay consumer team, clearly aligned to the overall product development group and company goals
- Grow our Order & Pay consumer product to a world-class competitor in the Order & Pay space
- Interact with all levels of the company, from Product Designers, to Engineers, Sales Implementation, Marketeers, Executives, and fellow Product Managers
- Own the quality and performance of the consumer facing platform together with the Tech Lead
You have
- 3+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Tech, preferably on a consumer-facing product
- successfully collaborated with different stakeholders, from individual contributors to executives
- a vision of how to scale a product to millions of users
- an extensive technical vocabulary and strong understanding of stacks at startups
- a natural ability to translate and facilitate between business and tech
- strong communication and ruthless prioritization skills
- the drive to turn pain points and opportunities into solutions
- an empathetic mindset that puts you in the shoes of our guests and internal stakeholders
- A bias for speed and Agile ways of working
The bottom line
If you’ve worked at a startup, you know. If you haven’t, here’s the rundown: there’s no room for egos, politics, or bull-sh*t. What we build today could be thrown out of the window tomorrow, but we build it with 100% commitment nonetheless. You’ll laugh more than you’ll cry, and look back at the work you do now in 10 years and think “how did we get that done?” And you’ll love every minute of it.

Numerous mood boosting activites
What the hell is a zen room? Truthfully, we don't know either. But we use it for yoga and other soft activities. Oh, did we mention we have a ping pong table as well? -
Early bird or night owl?
As our team is growing, both early birds and night owls find themselves at Karma. Whichever you choose, there's something for you. Perks of coming early: weekly breakfast. Perks of staying late: video and board games. -
Refill, anyone?
One simply cannot celebrate too often. We are keen champagne drinkers, quiz players and hosts of Karmazing after-works. No reason to celebrate is too small, nor too big.
