We are on the lookout for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with strong paid search and paid social experience who will build and run our data-driven acquisition channels.

Based in Stockholm, this role is for someone who wants to take their career to the next level - managing large-scale performance campaigns, collaborating with the wider marketing team and building our growth and performance function.

What you’ll be working on:

1/ We’re looking for someone to build and run the performance marketing strategy at Karma - implementing big budget campaigns across paid search, email, retargeting, and paid social channels.

2/ You’ll be focused on accelerating Karma’s customer acquisition by investing in existing & new channels while automating marketing operations to improve funnel efficiency.

3/ Whilst data is your expertise, you’ll also have a creative streak - with unlimited energy to A/B test ad copy and landing pages to drive optimal performance, while taking into account the behavioral nuances of our different customer segments.

4/ You’ll report on marketing performance across multiple channels (building marketing performance reporting processes and analysing our data via analytics tools and/or SQL) to communicate trends and insights to the wider team

Our Dream Candidate:

If you think the above sounds like you, we’re already interested! But we’d also love our new colleague to be:

  • Have at least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role, focused on digital marketing channels, across multiple countries and/or languages.
  • A proven track record successfully managing big acquisition budgets, taking a company through an intensive growth period.
  • Have a deep working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, Instagram, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics is mandatory. Preferable experience in emerging performance channels too (including TikTok).
  • Experience in SQL, and data platforms including Tableau to analyse customer behaviour. 
  • Have the ability to execute at a granular level (obsession with experimentation & automation efficiency) but also to think at scale and prioritize tasks by impact on business goals.
  • Are able to work in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English is a must
