Helping the world become sustainable should feel good and taste good. We have the tech to solve one of the world’s most urgent and unnecessary problems, and we’re looking for a Local Marketing Manager to help us continue growing our home arena, the Swedish market.

What is your role in the team?

You will be playing a key role in the Marketing & Communications Team and work closely with our Swedish sales team to create activities to maximize sales in the Swedish market. The Local Marketing Manager will report to the Swedish General Manager and will work very closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications.

We assume that you are comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment. You will be likely to have a lot of internal and external contacts working together with both colleagues and clients. This is a hands-on marketing role!

As part of the Marketing & Communications Team, it’s important that you are a team player, enthusiastic, curious and a strong communicator. It’s a bonus if you have worked at media agency previously.

In this job you will:

In close collaboration with our Swedish General Manager and our Global Marketing Manager, manage and execute projects related to marketing campaigns, and make sure we are using the right tools and channels in our communication and activities to maximise conversion.
Report and follow up on all implemented client activities to identify improvement areas and analyze how to adapt our market initiative for future campaigns and activities.
Plan, and with help from the global marketing team, produce Karma’s sales material and campaigns.
Drive engagement and respond to comments and messages on social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn).
Together with senior managers plan the overall strategy, evaluation, seasonal planning, processes and workflows.
Come up with ideas on how Karma can improve visibility in our different channels.

We believe you have:

3-4 years experience in a hands-on marketing/communications role.
Excellent copywriting skills.
A passion for storytelling.
Experience from working with different social media channels, with a proven track record of maximizing engagement and conversion.
Experience in analyzing stats for website, social media and newsletters.
Knowledge and experience of web publishing.
Be able to handle a lot of things at once during busy periods.
Fluently in Swedish & English. Other languages are also a huge plus.
An interest for digital innovations and tech.
